Q-Pass is a separate extra and is not included in standard admission. ZEYN does not sell this on-site option.

For foreign visitors, ask at the Alpine Ticket Office near T Express whether a Safari World or Lost Valley Q-Pass is available and what it costs that day. Bring a passport or Alien Registration Card proving foreign status.

Quantity is limited and it may sell out. It is valid only on the purchase day during that attraction’s operating hours. Priority entry can still involve a wait of about 30 minutes.

No refund for personal reasons or a missed visit. If the park closes the attraction, an unused Q-Pass can be refunded only that day at the Alpine Ticket Office with the ticket and receipt. Check the Everland app for the location, hours and current conditions.
